Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to measure dimensions and tolerances - Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and quality management systems - Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges as needed - Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality data - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency Skills:
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and quality management systems - Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other gauges - Ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement - Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits - Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices - Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurements - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions - Proficient in data collection and record keeping Note:
